The Prochem Fivestar Carpet Cleaning Machine has all the features of Prochem’s Comet Carpet Cleaning Machine with the added benefit of being able to wet clean hard floors, without needing an additional hard floor cleaning machine. The Fivestar can also be used with a hand tool to enable the user to clean stairs, carpet edges and upholstery, as well as to focus all of the machine’s power onto a small area to tackle staining.
Fivestar’s Power Brush will work your carpet cleaning solution deeper in to the carpet fibres so that you can achieve a thorough, deep clean. The All Floor feature means that by simply turning the machine’s valve to ‘Floor’ it will effortlessly wet clean your hard floors.

Always use a good defoamer with your machine – Excess foam build-up can damage your machine and void your warranty
Wear overshoes during the job – Dirt from shoes will stick to the damp carpet
Use furniture sliders and furniture protector pads
Use a good pre-spray before the extraction cleaning, agitating the carpet with a brush to work the pre-spray deep into the fibres to release more dirt
Add a good deodoriser to your extraction solution to clean and deodorise in one step
Where possible, use hot water during the extraction clean. Heat will penetrate dirt, stains and odours far more effectively than cold water
Do not over-wet the carpet. Over-wetting can lead to ring marks and bad smells
